There are a couple of other things we will need but you can provide those when we next meet.

In particular, if you have not already provided it we will need proof of identity & address documents e.g. passport & recent utility bill.

Also, if you are coming to us from another Accountant please let us know who it is below and we will contact them for the details we need for a smooth handover.
